Girl Guide Recipes from What Now
Chocolate Fudge
1x 250g pkt Girl Guide biscuits, crushed
1 egg
125g butter
¾ cup sugar
1 Tbsp cocoa
½ cup chopped walnuts
¼ cup chopped cherries
½ cup chopped preserved ginger
½ tsp vanilla essence
Lightly beat the egg. Place butter and sugar in a saucepan and heat until butter has melted. Add cocoa and mix well. Remove from heat and add egg, coconut, walnuts, cherries, ginger, vanilla...

Mark it in your diary... Don't forget!!
What Now’s amazing trip to Samoa can be seen THIS SUNDAY on TV2 at 8am. So write it down in big letters in your diary! This week on What Now...
It’s the final live episode of What Now for 2009! So we’re going to throw a big party in the studio, and you’re all invited.
Tumehe will be in the studio, after a big year touring around New Zealand on SLAM. He’ll be announcing the ‘Band In the Land’ winners, and messing some people up on ‘Foam A Friend’.

Charlie's cake recipe
To make Reds Birthday Cup Cakes you are going to need:
4 T Flour 4 T Sugar 4 T Cocoa 4 T Milk 4 T Oil 1 Egg
Mix all the ingredients and put them in a mug
Cook in the microwave on high for 3 min
When its cool you can cut it into slices.
Now its time to decorate.

Serena's icing recipe
Cream Cheese Icing 2 tablespoons softened butter 1/4 cup cream cheese 1 cup icing sugar 1 t-spoon grated lemon rind
Beat the butter and cream cheese together untilk it goes nice and smooth and creamy. Slowly mix in the icing sugar and thrash it till it’s really well combined and then throw in the lemon rind and give it another couple of stirs. You can also add a squirt of lemon juice.
